Parry’s Professional Appraisal Services (PPAS) is an independent real estate valuation and consulting firm based in St. Kitts, serving the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. We specialize in delivering professional, evidence-based property valuations for residential, commercial, and undeveloped land assets. Our reports are relied upon by leading financial institutions, law firms, international investors, and private individuals for secured lending, asset planning, insurance, probate, and Citizenship by Investment (CBI) due diligence.

Founded and led by Eavin L. Parry, BSc, MSc, CAPM, AssocRICS, PPAS is committed to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry. With formal training in real estate valuation, project management, and regional economics, Mr. Parry brings over a decade of experience to each assignment. As an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he conducts all valuations in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (“Red Book”), incorporating the International Valuation Standards (IVS).

Our practice is rooted in a deep understanding of local market dynamics, zoning frameworks, infrastructure developments, and environmental factors that influence real estate value in the Eastern Caribbean. Valuation Standards and Compliance

At Parry’s Professional Appraisal Services (PPAS), all valuations are conducted in strict accordance with internationally accepted standards to ensure accuracy, independence, and credibility.

RICS Valuation – Global Standards ("Red Book")

  • Our reports conform to the RICS Valuation – Global Standards issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the United Kingdom. These standards incorporate the International Valuation Standards (IVS) published by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and represent the global benchmark for ethical, transparent, and evidence-based valuation practices.

Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)

  • Where applicable, PPAS also follows the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), issued by the Appraisal Foundation in the United States. These standards are especially relevant for assignments with cross-border elements or U.S.-based financial institutions.

Valuation Prudential Standards – ECCB (2017)

  • PPAS operates in full compliance with the Valuation Prudential Standards for Licensed Financial Institutions as issued under the Banking Act by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), 2017. These standards establish the minimum requirements for property appraisals used in secured lending and support the integrity of collateral-based credit risk assessments throughout the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union.
